Facts:  Seven years ago this week, on December 12, 2018, Toray filed this action against me for breach of contract, unjust enrichment, and defamation. https://ecf.rid.uscourts.gov/cgi-bin/show_public_doc?2018cv0672-49 On March 20, 2023, more than 51 months after filing, Toray Plastics American, N.A. voluntarily dismissed all claims with prejudice against me.  I did not sign any settlement agreement or pay any money to Toray in consideration for the dismissal. https://www.courtlistener.com/docket/8398878/toray-plastics-america-inc-v-paknis/ The lawsuit interrupted the international momentum and sales of a good book, Successful Leaders Aren't Bullies, written to help readers identify, respond to, stop, prevent, and transcend abuse and bullying.
