Patient, Dignified, Respectful, Courteous
After 3 years of unusual delays, my exceptional Boston Attorney, John Mangones, shook his head in disgust.
John's dad was a model judge who brought honor, dignity, and integrity to the bench. He was a man of character.
John said, "I just assumed all judges approached the bench and their responsibilities like my dad, with the utmost reverence for the role and the rule of law.
Toray's lawyer Mack clerked Sullivan, but they've never disclosed this."
Then Sullivan started the meeting by stating, "we are here to settle the claims Toray Plastics America has brought against Mr. Pabness."
I said, "Your Honor, I have nothing to settle. My book broke no laws or agreements. Toray's no evidence."
Sullivan shouted: "SHUT YOUR MOUTH, MISTAH. YOU'LL TALK WHEN I TELL YOU TO TALK!"
To myself: "This is bs RI corruption. I am being screwed. Toray bought the judges. I bet Sandra Day O'Connor never pulled this s--t."
SCOTUS Proceedings Conduct: Judges should be patient, dignified, respectful, and courteous to all participants, ensuring a fair and orderly process. [5, 5]
