Key Federal Judge Expectation Violated in Toray's false and malicious case against me:

Integrity and Independence

John Mangones, my attorney, shook his head and said, "I just assumed all judges approached the bench and their responsibilities like my dad, with the utmost reverence for the role and the rule of law. 

I did a little research. Eric B.Mack, Toray's RI attorney, clerked for our assigned magistrate judge Patricia A. Sullivan, and Sullivan was law partners with our assigned presiding Federal Judge, William E. Smith, but no one disclosed this."

Federal judges are expected to uphold the integrity, independence, and impartiality of the judiciary, as outlined in the Code of Conduct for United States Judges. 

Key Expectations Violated in Toray's malicious case against me:

Integrity and Independence: 

Judges must maintain the integrity of the judiciary and act independently, free from undue influence. [1, 1, 2, 2]

Why do you, post readers, think I was denied my right to a fair trial by a jury of my peers?  What appears to be the case?

Was it a Sign?!

20 years ago this week Linda and I were married. A dubious omen followed. I lost my wedding ring on our honeymoon. We walked to a secluded beach, spread our blanket, and enjoyed each others' company. It was sunny and hot. The ocean was crystal clear, cool, and inviting. The ring fit loose on my finger. I was afraid it might slip off during a swim. It went into my shorts' pocket. It was wrapped and placed safely on the blanket. Not accustomed to wearing my wedding ring, I forgot about it until we reached the parking lot, about a half mile from where we spent these relaxing few hours. We walked back along the low tide line.
