Facts, Transparency, and Trust
Document and record to, if possible, objectify notable worker behaviors and performance outcomes. This prevents workers from feeling performance assessments are biased. Without objective metrics, it's difficult to silence suspicions of nepotism, favoritism, and retaliation.
