Avoid Impropriety

John Mangones, my exceptional attorney, shook his head and said, "I just assumed all judges approached the bench and their responsibilities like my dad, with the utmost reverence for the role and the rule of law.  I did a little research. Eric B.Mack, Toray's attorney, clerked for our assigned magistrate judge Patricia A. Sullivan, and Sullivan was law partners with our assigned presiding Federal Judge, William E. Smith, but no one disclosed this." Federal judges are expected to uphold the integrity, independence, and impartiality of the judiciary, as outlined in the Code of Conduct for United States Judges.  Key Expectation: Avoiding Impropriety: Judges must avoid any actions that could create the appearance of impropriety, even if no actual wrongdoing occurs. [1, 1, 2, 2] Why do you, post readers, think I was I denied my right to a fair trial by a jury of my peers?  What appears to be the case?

After 3 years of unusual delays, my exceptional Boston Attorney, John Mangones, shook his head in disgust.  John's dad was a model judge who brought honor, dignity, and integrity to the bench. Protect Worker Freedoms and Rights

Same Old, Same Old This was a notorious trend in my consulting and professional career.  The heads of HR were having extramarital affairs, or perceived affairs, with the CEO or some other high ranking executive.    Clowns. It was intentional. It gave power, preference, and free reign to the CEO and HR Executive.  No one  in the organization would question the affair or call them out!  Everyone was threatened. It was the white elephant in the room.  It created a hostile and threatening work environment where the cheating couple's wishes, and not the truth or what was best for the organization, became prioritized. When bullying, abuse, and unhealthy power and control dynamics exist in an organization, everyone knows about it, including the board and the executives at the top. Toray Plastics America's RI attorney, Eric Mack, filed a baseless, malicious, claim against me stating Toray could be identified in my book on December 18, 2018.  Mack clerked for Patricia A. Sullivan, the RI Federal magistrate assigned to my case. Sullivan was legal partners with William E. Smith, the RI Federal judge assigned my case.   These conflicts of interest were never disclosed.  No one recused themself.  Toray used the RI Federal Court system to bully me.   Normal Federal Court case times from filing to hearing range between 12 to 14 months.   After 51 months of unusual delays and switched decisions on whether to be heard in court, my case was dismissed with prejudice.  Toray paid all my legal fees.  I signed nothing.  Federal judges are expected to uphold the integrity, independence, and impartiality of the judiciary, as outlined in the Code of Conduct for United States Judges.  Key Expectations: Diligence: Judg...
