A bully who uses employer-owned technology to  discriminatory messages violates the rights of employees who identify with protected classes of people. Victims may file complaints against employers who fail to protect their employees from cyber bullying discrimination.

And corporate executives and boards are often held liable for their employees' abusive and discriminatory actions, conducted in the company and on company equipment.
