Protest Injustice

Bullying prevails in organizations where it is tolerated. 95% of respondents in one UNISON workplace bullying study claimed bullying was facilitated by executives who were aware of the abuse, yet let “bullies can get away with it” while “victims were  too scared to report it.”

Long for Dignity


Supervisory training is nearly nonexistent. Condoning executives claim there is no budget or time to train. Few good skills taught. On the #jobtraining, in lieu of consistent, uniform, and assessed job skill development, is haphazard and transmits bad habits.
