Bullying flourishes in organizations where emphasis on quantifiable, short term, success metrics like sales revenue, production cost, “wins,” and grades can obfuscate founding  values and long term goals like worker health, safety, and well being. 


Bullying bosses use moving targets and unclear/unachievable goals to control. Leaders us goals to liberate.
