U.S. District Court judge determined Toray Plastics America could bring non disparagement and defamation claims against former employee, Matthew Paknis, who wrote a book on workplace bullying, even though the book never referenced the employer by name." - RI Lawyers Weekly, August, 2022. Toray's case against me was dismissed, with prejudice, in March 2023, fifty one months after being filed.
