Even today, workplace bullying is still somewhat a taboo subject. It’s akin to how bullying among children at school and bullying in the form of sexual harassment of working women was perceived before 1970. #LeadersArentBullies

  Below please find segment VI, dated 8-8-24, explaining the truth about why Toray Plastics America (TPA) sued me in December 2018 when they claimed a common reader could identify TPA in my book, Successful Leaders Aren't Bullies, released September of 2018.  TPA terminated me in September 2017 in retaliation for sharing my TPA shooting threat investigation with a Japanese Toray Expat who requested it.   The US Occupational Safety and Health Act  prohibits employers from retaliating against employees for exercising their rights under the act, such as raising a safety concern with their employer.  According to gun violence experts, soured workplace relationships, grievances in the workplace, or conflicts between its people cause workplace mass shootings.
