The Truth Comes Out


3 months after my book was released in 2018, Toray Plastics America violated my 1st Amendment Rights by suing me in Providence, RI Federal Court.   

Toray falsely claimed a common reader could identify them in my book. In a dark coincidence, Toray hired an attorney with never disclosed collective 37 years previous professional relationships with the presiding judges.  This violated my rights to a fair trial. . 

Five years later the case was dismissed, with prejudice.  Toray folded, thus admitting the case was a sham.  More to come.

Author's Note: Joe Paterno was fired as Penn State's football coach on Wednesday November 9, 2011. Joe Paterno died Sunday January 22, 2012. He was eighty five years old and lived, for most of his life, like a king. My mother received her early death sentence, melanoma in her lymph system, when she was 35. She died when she was 44.
